Modern professional service in a grand old hotel.
We enjoyed our recent stay in Room 320. Natalie and Vira at the front desk concierge area were exceptionally helpful with our many questions and requests. They cheerfully, professionally and efficiently made our stay a great experience. Our room was spacious, well-cleaned and nicely decorated. Pricing seemed fair for the market. The location is key and provides exceptional access to the main square, Rynok Square. The hotel is located well within the historic city center. Easy 5 star recommendation.
